I never actually stayed at this hotel; I booked it by mistake thinking I was booking on the US side. When I asked for a partial refund, they said no, so I ended up paying for two rooms that night—one in Canada (which I never used) and one in New York. The New York Marriott was very understanding and even called the Canada Marriott on my behalf to try to resolve the issue.

Nice hotel, but breakfast wasn’t included in the price. It was still under renovation when I booked, and I was told it would be finished by the time we arrived, yet we booked because of their patio and there was no patio.

The hotel was clean, the location was convenient. I booked for 4 adults and 2 children and paid about $144 extra because the reservation showed breakfast was included. However, after checking in, I was told that breakfast was only included for ONE person, which was very misleading and disappointing. In addition, the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, and the air quality was very poor, with a strong and unpleasant smell. This made our stay uncomfortable. Guests should be clearly informed about ongoing renovations before booking

The room was quite spacious and clean, including the bathroom, and there was nothing to mention.

There was no breakfast, the shower was dirty and not cleaned I had to go buy colorox to clean it, the bedding had stains and holes in the comforter and on the pillow cases. The TV and internet kept going off we couldn’t watch a movie to fall asleep with out it turning off. No coffee refills. And the staff was too occupied to wait and stand there we waited 20 min for someone to come ring us out for just water. I’m calling the hotel today to discuss our stay.
