“Nunca me volveré a hospedar ahí.”

The only thing worth mentioning was the location. We were told the reservation was confirmed, even after I spoke personally with the hotel, yet they tried to dodge the issue by sending us to find another place—knowing there were no rooms left. Reluctantly they offered us a double room instead of the triple we had booked, and the price differed from the reservation (obviously in their favor). The room had a dim light because only one bulb worked (they had replaced a burnt-out one). The pool was dirty and they never bothered to quiet the loud guests. The next day we were moved, but there was no hot water and the staff didn’t fix it, even when it got late. They were rude, claiming they couldn’t do anything, as if they were giving away the service because of their terrible attitude.

There was no chance to meet anyone, no room was provided. They didn’t even confirm the reservation; they just denied me the room outright.

The hotel sits on a main street, but Maps still couldn’t locate it correctly. There are two other hotels from the same chain on the same street, and unfortunately we chose the less attractive one. At least there is free parking. The room had too few power outlets and only a small nightstand.

“Está pasable para una noche”

The hotel’s location—almost opposite the bus terminal—and the room’s cleanliness were great. The front‑desk clerk who handed me the key in the morning seemed a bit rude. The room also needs a fresh coat of paint and a new mattress.
