The location is perfect… Also very easy to find. Nice clean, quiet room. I left my sports watch charger, but they returned it to me the next day. Nothing else.

I’ve stayed here before and find it perfect for the type of city visit I’m after. The location is ideal, easy to reach by public transport, clean, and in a lively area full of places to dine without much trouble after a tiring trade fair day. There’s no negative aspect; breakfast at a delightful pastry shop just a short walk away. In the past, the management offered in‑room breakfast. In any case, this new arrangement didn’t negatively affect our stay, especially since the pastry bar where you can use breakfast vouchers is close and offers excellent products.

Clean and good location for restaurants, train, centre. Good value. Bins are emptied outside all morning hours… very loud, so use good ear plugs or you’ll be woken by it.

Excellent location, close to the train station and Piazza Maggiore. Good communication with the owner. We could leave our luggage before check‑in without any problem. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom large. Everything very clean.

I was disappointed because the initial description was misleading; I filtered for parking and breakfast included, and it seemed this place met those needs, but it actually doesn’t have parking or an on‑site breakfast. The parking they “offer” is a public lot that costs 25€ per day, a detail buried in the fine print, and the breakfast is just a 3.80€ voucher for a nearby café. The property is just a single room in a building with no front desk or staff on site. A better choice would have been Airbnb instead of booking.
