The hotel was clean and neat. The staff were polite and friendly. Everything was comfortable, so I recommend it.

The location was fine, but we were given the wrong room at check‑in and had to argue at the reception for a long time, shouting to prove the reservation. Eventually they placed us in a room at the very end of the corridor as a sort of retaliation. The advertised European‑style restaurant didn’t exist—it served Chinese food, and meals turned into a four‑day quest of fried eggs and buns costing 17 000 rubles per day. The promised beach with loungers and umbrellas was missing; instead there was a shared area with dirty loungers and torn umbrellas for 500 won (≈6 000 rubles). There is an indoor pool, but Chinese guests were spitting in it, so we stopped using it altogether. No European cafés nearby at all. After all that, we tried to switch hotels and spent three days emailing the booking support, only to be denied a refund at the reception. Thanks for the hassle. If you’re traveling with a child, stay elsewhere. This isn’t just our view; other compatriots we met at the hotel felt the same.

The surroundings are great and the space is ample, but it’s not very functional.

This hotel is a real gem, loved the cleanliness and all, but the bed was kinda hard for my liking. Downside is, it's super isolated in the winter - no shops, no attractions, nothing really going on. Guess it's a good spot to get away from it all, but not ideal if you're looking for some action.
