The room was huge and I really enjoyed my stay, but the check‑in/out process was annoying; I expected to be able to enter and leave freely after checking in, yet I had to wait at the gate and call the receptionist, and the policy of not allowing two guests without extra payment was frustrating since most bookings include two guests automatically.
