The location is good. There is noise from staff doing laundry, and the breakfast could be better.

Nothing good. The bathrooms were clogged, there was half a roll of toilet paper, the TV remote didn't work, and the doors had problems.

The reception staff were not friendly at all and didn't even help us lift our luggage. It was impossible to rest at night because the machines started making noise, and the pillows were too uncomfortable. I reported that the TV remote in the room didn't work from the moment we arrived, and they only fixed it after two days. The bathroom cleaning and towel changes were not done daily.
