The staff was very nice and helpful when checking in. The fact that we were not told we could not use chime when we got there I've been coming to this hotel for the last 2 years and there's never been a problem but when I get there I was told I cannot use that card so maybe this is something should be posted on the website cuz what if I didn't have a credit card on me I want to be able to stay that needs to be fixed right now

The staff were nice and helpful and the room was clean, but the location felt sketchy, GPS struggled to find it and I had to call for directions, and the musty smell in my room was overwhelming, forcing me to buy Fabreeze to tolerate it.

It was conveniently located, clean and the staff was friendly & kind. They only have 1 handicap accessible room

The rooms were spacious and spotless, but I struggled a bit because the lady didn’t speak Spanish; eventually we managed to check me in.

The blinds in the room were broken, letting in early morning sunlight, and the location was not ideal.
