We stayed on the second floor and had a balcony. The room was spotless, had a decent design, the bathroom was spacious but the tub was awful. The hotel is far from other restaurants and cafés, but we were happy to find its own restaurant next door serving both traditional Balinese and western dishes, and the Balinese options were tasty.

The hotel owner was very pleasant, and it was convenient that all necessary services were available in the hotel, including in‑room massage, laundry, and scooter rental at rental‑price rates. Cleanliness was well maintained and the room had everything needed. The shower leaked, leaving a lot of water in the bathroom after use, and the window in the bathroom made it hard to sleep.

The pool and the views were nice, but the construction noise around the hotel was annoying.

The equipment was good, the place was very clean, the location was quiet yet still easily reachable by scooter. Breakfast was freshly prepared and personalized. Robert, his family, and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming.
