We appreciated the mid‑century modern feel and the great location. The beds, however, were extremely hard and left my hips sore from sleeping on my side.

The location was great and the throwback vibe was cute. Saturday’s entertainment was spectacular, and the place stayed quiet after hours even when it was full, giving it a nice family‑friendly feel. They served coffee in the morning. Parking was a nightmare with a larger vehicle and basically disappeared once the hotel got busy; the owner handed out a street‑parking pass and luckily I found a spot across the street. I’d have liked a conditioner—only shampoo was supplied.

We finally found the calm we were after; the 50’s tropical vibe was absolutely cool! My daughter and I, who travel every 3 months, now consider this our favorite spot and we’ll be back next summer. Nothing negative at all.
