The rooms were very clean, and there were kettles with a little tea and coffee to brew. The location is totally absurd. It smells like corruption; the 'Master City' surely drove a community away. From there you have to walk along the Große Straße to get anywhere, and there is no quick walk into the city—this is intentional. Terrible! There is no way to open a window, even if one exists.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Batam, and I think it's an absolute bargain considering the quality of service and amenities. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the area, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Batam. However, I did notice a small stain on my bedsheet, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons, making it a great value for the price.
