We were allowed to leave our car on the hotel’s own parking lot on the day of arrival before check‑in and on the day of departure after check‑out, so we could take beautiful bike rides in the area on those days. Key handover was straightforward in the restaurant, where we also ate very well.

The service was great, centrally located. It sits right next to a roundabout, so the window is very loud when open.

The shower and sink were broken; the shower head couldn’t be inserted into the holder, the part was snapped. Water didn’t drain well, and under the lid you could see the disaster. The pressure head in the sink was broken, could be removed but didn’t hold water in the basin. The mat in front of the shower plate was unhygienic. Friendliness was a foreign word. The coffee was very weak, basically just warm water with a bit of milk. The rolls could have been crisp; they were more like rubber.

It’s not expensive but it’s very basic and dated, with only one small towel, no shower mat, street noise, and a decent bed; I’d look elsewhere for a more comfortable spot. The street noise and lack of comfort were noticeable drawbacks.
