VR CLUB Tulum Riviera boasts direct beachfront access with stunning sea views. The hotel features a sun terrace, infinity swimming pool, and lush garden. Rooms offer air-conditioning, private bathrooms, balconies, and sea views. Guests enjoy Italian cuisine, a bar, tennis court, yoga, fitness classes, and hot tub. Tankah Bay Beach is nearby, with Tulum Archeological Site 9 km away.

The room was comfy with sea views, the garden was lovely, and the location felt like paradise; the staff were very friendly, there were three pools and a jacuzzi, the breakfast was excellent, and parking was free. The downside was that the Riviera Maya beaches were covered in sargassum.

We liked that the hotel wasn’t huge; we prefer smaller or medium-sized places. The location is on the beach, though during our stay there was a lot of sargassum. The breakfast was full and varied. We didn’t eat other meals at the hotel, so we can’t comment on those. A short walk from the hotel is a very appealing cenote that apparently connects to the sea, where you can swim and dive. The hotel had three small pools that were quite empty, so it didn’t feel crowded. In short, very comfortable, would stay again. We didn’t like paying through a link; it feels insecure and we don’t understand how a hotel can charge the full amount on arrival or in advance via a link. We can pay the fees at reception. Using a link for payment feels unsafe.

The place was in a great spot, and the food and drinks were plentiful and varied.

The staff were perfect, the location and services were great, and the room was very beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a lot of sargassum during the summer.
