The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Walking to Bayside Station takes 10 minutes, from which we caught the LIRR quickly into the city.

The beds were comfortable, but the remote didn’t have a battery and we had trouble turning off the TV.

The front desk staff were excellent, even supplying tampons when I asked. I appreciated the Keurig in the room and the coffee machine, and the tub in the Queen room was a highlight. The bathroom had a timer light that had to be wound up, and it would turn off automatically, which was a minor annoyance.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Best Western; the room was a nice size, clean, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed that let me sleep well throughout. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was positive, so I would definitely consider staying here again. The bath towels were a bit rough and felt worn, so upgrading them to softer, newer towels would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.
