“Fatal”

The only thing in good condition were the shared areas. The problem started the day before arrival when we were told a group was there and we couldn’t arrive until seven or eight; I got there at seven and the same person told me to wait until eight, then said we could come back later, and then claimed a 30 € surcharge because I had a child; I had to bring my daughter even though we were actually one adult and two children. The room they gave us was only marginally clean – spiders on the walls, bugs stuck, dust on lamps, hair on the sheets, the door didn’t close properly. For the price I paid I expected better; it was embarrassing to have to accommodate people like that, and I didn’t pay any surcharge for the extra child – the room I received should have included everything.

“Perfecta.”

The house was clean, with many clean towels, clean bedding, and comfortable beds. Parking was easy. The owner was friendly and understanding. The house was very accessible (my daughter used crutches and could move around perfectly). The kitchen and utensils were good (some items were dirty, but that’s more the guests’ fault for not cleaning them properly). The house and patio show signs of needing a bit of maintenance (broken tiles, the pool cover is in bad condition) but nothing serious. There was a separate building with a full house where I was, plus several shared rooms, another building with a huge kitchen and living room, a garden with a barbecue, tables, chairs, shade, and a cool pool. The real house is worth it, the owner is amazing and very attentive – definitely worth returning.

“Nach zwei ruhigen Nächten kam das Inferno”

Donnerstag und Freitag waren ruhig wie erwartet. Am Samstag Mittag kam eine Familie, Eltern mit drei Halbwüchsigen Söhnen, und machten sich im Innenhof breit. Dann kam noch Besuch, Feuer, Grillen, und so trank sich die Gesellschaft durch den Nachmittag und wurde unverschämt und unerträglich laut. Das war keine Unterhaltung mehr sondern ein Schreien!!! Je mehr Bier desto lauter. Zur Krönung sollte dann um 20:00 noch ein Sänger auftreten. Ich bin vorzeitig abgereist obwohl ich noch eine Nacht gebucht hatte
