The room was nice with a good view and the breakfast was excellent; the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that a wellness‑oriented hotel should provide a cosmetic mirror as a standard in the room, and the loyalty program and staff shortages meant that room service was only available on request.

I joined the Bayrischen Waldes guest card, which let me enjoy many activities and most of the region’s attractions for free, plus free train and bus rides. The hotel has a pool, sauna, and a pleasant quiet area. The breakfast was top‑class and plentiful, with an egg‑grill station for making your own sunny‑side‑up and also white sausage available.

We had a great stay, having visited this place several times before. The breakfast was excellent, there was a kids’ play corner, the pool was comfortably warm, dinner was delicious, and the room was cozy and quiet. We’ll definitely come back. The only downside was that online check‑in was missing.

The place is lovely and located in a very small but nice town. It’s about an hour away from many attractions. The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are really good and clean. The breakfast is excellent!
