The staff were very good. The only issue is that the parking is a street below, but it’s appreciated that the service is available.

The hotel is well‑located a street from downtown Puebla, affordable, and has good Wi‑Fi, which is important these days. The staff were very friendly. The room is small, but that doesn’t spoil a good stay.

I appreciated that the room had a balcony; it was lovely, but if you’re not used to city noise, a room like this might not be ideal. The location is great, just a block from the main square, shops, restaurants, and museums. When I asked for an extra towel, the staff initially said that because there were only two people in the room, I couldn’t have one. They cited hotel policy, though I’ve never received that response before; eventually they did bring the towel.

A very calm and comfortable experience. The room had a balcony with a great view; only in the mornings were there vehicle noises. The TV was fine, but it would have been nice to have an option to connect to Netflix or other platforms, as only free channels were available. Overall, it was very good.
