Dinner and breakfast were fantastic! Everyone was very friendly, and I really enjoyed my night there—quiet and cozy. The Wi‑Fi, however, was not very stable.

We came for our honeymoon and would stay again and again; it was an amazing experience. A shuttle is available—book it in advance if you have luggage, otherwise you can walk uphill. Check‑in includes welcome drinks and snacks, and you pick yukatas for dinner, breakfast, or in the room. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful; make sure your room includes them. The private onsen was booked, but we had one in our room, and we also booked the stone spa, which we still dream about. We stayed in a king room with a private onsen and mountain view—everything I imagined for our honeymoon. I just wish we had stayed an extra night. Nothing else to complain about.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the onsen was very quiet and clean, and the dinner, served in traditional kimono, was splendid with exceptional service from the maids. The only downside was the lack of information about the attire.

The food was tasty, but the room’s open‑air bath had no wash area.

The staff and rooms were great, and the room had an open‑air bath. It was a bit confusing to find the shuttle bus upon arrival.
