The staff were very polite and friendly, attending to everything. The location is a bit far from the center, but walking distance was no problem. The area and the property itself feel safe. I recommend it.
I love it here. The location is very peaceful, and the gated, shaded garden entrance is lovely. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. The neighborhood is outside the city center, with restaurants and cafes just two blocks away. I walked to the main attractions of the city with no problem. Probably the best part of Villa Iva is Ljupka (said Eupka) and Vele. They are so generous and kind, great to connect with and offer fruits and coffee. In the end we became friends. As a single woman I felt very safe at Villa Iva and in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
Amazing people, a very sweet elderly couple run it. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very thoughtful. Choose it without hesitation. Walking distance to the city center is 10‑15 minutes. The price is reasonable, the atmosphere is great. You stay in a real villa surrounded by nature and trees. Thanks for everything, especially for the figs 😊

The facility is about a 15‑20 minute walk from the center and the stone bridge. Lupka and Vele were amazing people who helped with everything and were very courteous. Everything at the hotel worked beautifully. The Wi‑Fi was truly excellent, and there were soap, shampoo, and everything else. The room was quite clean. The garden is very nice, and if the weather is good you can definitely sit there and have a drink.
The hosts were exceptionally friendly. The house is in a quiet location with a beautiful garden. It takes 20 minutes on foot to reach the center. Everything was very straightforward. It is definitely recommended for a city trip to Skopje.
