The spot is right on Haeundae beach and within walking distance of plenty of eateries. The two‑bedroom apartment is a good size. It’s pretty basic with no décor, but it’s clean, comfy, and roomy.

Just a few steps from the sea, the roof terrace is pleasant, and the location is excellent. The rooms, however, aren’t well maintained; the bathroom is cramped and uncomfortable.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location. The breakfast was pricey and only available via room service. The room’s facilities were subpar – basic lights were broken and there was no lamp by the bed. The essentials didn’t live up to expectations, which was disappointing for a hotel that isn’t cheap.

The bed and the location were the only positives. First off, it isn’t a 4‑star property; the sign says 3 stars but I wouldn’t even give it two. The reception staff don’t speak any English and the place feels rather shabby. The pool is tiny and the glass is terribly dirty. The photos are misleading.
