Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
It offered excellent value for money, was clean, had a good shower, easy parking, and a friendly host; perfect for active people who just need a place to sleep and have some dinner. However, there was limited space to sit outside or have dinner, the couch bed was not very comfortable, and the kitchen equipment was rather basic.

The location was enviable with a view of Montalcino and the chance to walk several kilometres in the quiet white streets while admiring the beauty of the vineyards; the dishware and towels could be improved – we were a group of six but only had supplies for four.

I really liked the environment; this accommodation is far from everything, but that’s exactly why it’s great. It’s basically staying on a vineyard, completely authentic and the real Tuscan vibe. We received a bottle of wine from the staff, who were very kind, and I want to thank the host again for helping us arrange the transfer to the paid wine tasting, so we’re very grateful. The host could be a bit more flexible with the check‑in; we were on a Tuscan road (like most people who stay in the middle of nowhere in Tuscany), so it’s unreasonable to expect them to give an exact time two days in advance. Besides that, there’s no point in a personal meeting because the person handing over the keys can’t speak any language other than Italian, so they couldn’t convey much information.

The place was incredibly beautiful, we were very well received and had a wonderful experience learning about the production of Brunello wines from Montalcino. It’s about a 15‑minute drive from the town, the kitchen is well equipped, and before arriving we already went to the market and bought what we needed for dinner and breakfast because there’s no shop around as it’s in a rural area. The rooms lacked air conditioning, so it was very hot on the day we stayed and only the living‑room AC wasn’t enough for the whole apartment.
