The spot is super nice and the staff are very friendly, plus the hotel stays clean. The price gouging was absolutely horrible, and I wish they hadn’t done it because I'd like to stay at this location again, but won’t because of gouging.

The place is clean. They double charged me and are taking their sweet time to refund me; I’ve called multiple times.

We were close to the school we were visiting. The sink clogged up the next day, and my daughter found ants on the table with the little lamp.

I didn’t see breakfast available. The beds are very uncomfortable, the front staff did not talk about amenities at check in, and they seemed inconvenienced at check out.
