The breakfast was delicious, with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and then a full English to follow. Our room was very comfortable and had a sea view. The accommodation was very close to the seafront, so walking along the promenade was easy. Matthew was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to stay again sometime.

We were welcomed by host Mathew, who was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea. Everything was clean and spotless, and there were lots of added extras that made our four‑night stay very comfortable. We were offered several choices of breakfast and tried everything; it was plentiful and delicious. A great place to stay when visiting Eastbourne. No complaints whatsoever.
