The location was great, just 15 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the bus stop. However, the room was a bit of a letdown - there was only one chair, no mat by the shower, and the floor was covered in a thin carpet. If you're an allergy sufferer, you might want to think twice about staying here. The room wasn't particularly clean either.

The rooms were huge, with a balcony and a big bathroom. There was plenty of space to relax and unwind. However, the lighting was a bit of a problem - there was only one big light in the room, and no dimmer switches or anything. And to make matters worse, the TV was a smart TV, but it didn't have any regular channels.

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They were really client-focused, and there was always plenty of light. The only minor issues with the room were so small that I didn't even notice them.

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. I was grateful to have the chance to relax here. To be honest, though, there wasn't really anything to complain about.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel, especially considering the electricity issues in Ukraine. The staff had cleverly solved the problem with an inverter, which provided power to the plugs and lights. However, the heating system was a different story - it was faulty, and when the power went out, we struggled with hot water and a non-functional air conditioner.
