Very clean. The host is pleasant and attentive to guests’ wishes: my requests to set up the TV and bring an extra set of linens were fulfilled without hesitation. 👍🏻 Great location, a lovely private veranda with a quiet courtyard right in the city center. Overall, only positive impressions of this place 💛

In short: the location is very good. The owner is friendly. The accommodation conditions are good (air‑conditioner, hair dryer, washing machine, etc.). I had a good experience staying here and would gladly stay again. The walls and ceiling in the room could use a fresh coat of paint, and the courtyard’s condition isn’t great, but it’s not critical and doesn’t affect the overall impression.

Very comfortable hotel. Everything you need is nearby. The transport network is superb; you can reach any part of the city. The hotel itself is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Olga, for the opportunity to relax wonderfully at a reasonable price.

Все понравилось! Чисто, комфортно, тихо, имеется все необходимое, включая фен. Маленькие мелочи: 1)нужно заменить лампочку в ночнике над кроватью и 2)батарейки в пульте от телевизора
