The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, but unfortunately, it didn't quite make up for the issues we encountered. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed, and we had trouble getting help when we needed it – we even tried calling room service a few times, but they never picked up. On top of that, our room was infested with mosquitoes, which made it hard to relax. Despite these problems, the hotel's cleanliness kept us from completely hating our stay.

I've never had a hotel experience as universally underwhelming as this one. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, the room was a cramped, dingy space with a tiny window that let in almost no natural light, and the 'breakfast' was a sad, stale selection of pastries and coffee. The location was also a bit of a trek from the city center, and the surrounding area was pretty run-down. Overall, I'd say this place is a total misfire.

Honestly, there was nothing that really impressed me about this place. The heating system in the room was pretty uncomfortable and there was no air conditioning, which made things even worse. Breakfast was non-existent, and the water pressure in the shower was really weak. The air conditioning was also pretty useless, making the room feel like an oven.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, it's not without its drawbacks. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy, which made up for the slightly dirty floors and dusty corners. I mean, it wasn't disgusting or anything, but it wasn't exactly sparkling clean either. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, especially considering the price, but they really need to step up their cleaning game.

The hotel's central location and friendly staff were definite highlights of my stay, but unfortunately, the steep prices didn't quite match the quality of the service. For a budget-conscious traveler like myself, the rates felt a bit too high, especially considering the compact room size. On the other hand, the cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for it to some extent, and the staff's helpfulness was always appreciated.
