The hostel is in a great spot, surrounded by a ton of shops, and I think it can host up to 16 people at most. The beds were comfy and the staff were ready to help, plus they handed us towels. The room matched the photos and the beds were decent, and the room was clean. The only downside we’d mention would be the bathrooms. I’d never stayed in a place with bathrooms that looked so neglected. It seemed like they had never been cleaned; hair was stuck in the sink (they were so faded from all the time they had been there) and overall the bathrooms and kitchen were very shabby, the furniture was sticky… It’s fine for sleeping, but not for showering. We suspect there are “volunteers” living here in exchange for taking care of it, but it seems they only understood the first part, because the cleanliness was glaringly absent… It’s a shame they don’t pay attention to this detail or refresh the facilities a bit, because it has a lot of potential.
