The place sits right in Úbeda’s center, the room and bathroom have everything you need, and the shared kitchen lets guests have their own set of utensils separate from others. A washing machine sits in the courtyard with a drying rack.

The location, cleanliness, and staff service were all spot on. However, I think it’s excessive to charge an extra 7 € for staying an hour longer, especially since we arrived Saturday at 16:00 and had to leave the accommodation Sunday at 10:00. Given the price we paid for a single night, this kind of surcharge feels unreasonable. I wish there were more flexible check‑out times that matched the price and the short stay we enjoyed.

Everything was pretty good – the rooms were small but very comfortable and clean, and the location was central. The only downside was that in our room we could hear the neighbors all the time, and the guy next to us snored so loudly it was audible. I guess that’s just bad luck, haha.
