Good. I stayed two nights and the housekeeping staff could not remove the bedspread and bath towel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from IIM Bangalore. However, the bed sheets and towels looked like they'd been used a million times and were in dire need of a wash.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location – it's right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around. However, the cleanliness could be improved. The room was a bit cramped, but the staff did their best to keep it tidy.
