The location was nice and central for Greenpoint Stadium, the staff were clean and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the shower was nice.

The location was excellent, the staff were cordial, and for those who prefer a small, more private hotel it’s a good option, but because we were the only guests in the hotel during our stay it sounded a bit strange.

I loved staying at DysArt, I highly recommend it! The team is sensational and the location is very strategic. The hotel is exactly as in the photos and the food is always wonderful. The kitchen staff are extremely friendly, and I felt at home.

The staff were very welcoming and available, the breakfast was excellent and the details were cared for, and there was a night reception. However the bathroom had no exhaust fan or heating, so in August it was quite cold and the water stayed damp for a long time. The overall level of the property is not that of a five‑star boutique hotel, even though it is well maintained.
