A very nice room in a nice block. The room is big and spacious, with a toilet and a huge shower. The beds are comfortable. The community living area is beautiful. It’s a bit farther from the interesting area and there aren’t many restaurants open in the evening. The surrounding area looked questionable, but we had no issues and felt safe. The community restaurant/cafe was closed.

What I didn’t know before was that the community rooms and wine are part of a group that turns abandoned houses into lovingly furnished apartments and shops for quirky, alternative people who can’t find accommodation elsewhere. Women who have problems are also welcomed. A very good dining spot is not far away, and a bit further is a great bakery where you can have a good breakfast. The option to cook for yourself was missing, from a table to a kettle, glasses, mugs, etc. The area is not pleasant, with many abandoned buildings.

The room is very nice, the alleys are fairly quiet but there are some precautions that could be taken. I stayed here for only one night, so my impression is based on a brief stay rather than an extended one. Overall the property has potential and is convenient for a short period, but there are aspects that could be improved to make the experience more pleasant: because the property is in a little‑used alley, it would be very useful to add some lighting outside and at the entrance of the rooms to convey greater safety, especially at night. The TV remote didn’t work (probably just dead batteries). More attention should be given to cleanliness—there was visible dust on the floor and in corners, plus some cobwebs in the bathroom and a visibly dirty mirror. The coffee machine also needed a deeper and more frequent cleaning, and the decorative pillows had a few stains.

Helpful host (showed the parking spot on the street, guided me to the apartment), two floors plus a rooftop terrace. The air conditioning was weak.

Everything was very pretty. The check‑out was very early and parking was difficult. We were unlucky to have local parties happening at the same time, which made parking even harder; in the end we were guided by one of the partygoers.
