“Econômico Médio”

The breakfast was very good and well served, but the hotel is undergoing renovation, which doesn’t justify arriving to an apartment that isn’t ready, with electrical installation problems that should have been checked beforehand; we had to switch to another room. The service could be better, for example by leaving the minibar on, as the outlet is located just below it and is 220V, unlike the rest of the installation. Another missing detail was about the shower head, where the tap is on the shower unit itself; we only discovered this after asking the room‑service staff, who said they had also had difficulty with it when they started working at the hotel.

Very clean, but the orange juice was horrible.

The facilities are very good, and with the maintenance underway they’ll be even better. The restaurant is fantastic, especially the food, and its location offers a privileged view from the 10th floor. I couldn’t find any aspects I didn’t like.
