The hotel sits in a convenient spot, close to the center and within walking distance of Dynamo Arena. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious, with soap, shampoo, towels, and slippers provided. The staff are friendly. The downside is the strong sewage smell in the bathroom and the noisy construction right from the morning.

Room is roomy and well‑located if you want to stay in Chugureti, nothing else to add.

Very good, clean, and quiet. The host is also very friendly.

We had to switch rooms because the AC was too loud and the host charged us extra for the new room. He also didn’t replace towels for eight nights, so we had to clean the room ourselves. The worst part was the constant noise from a huge construction site nearby that woke us up every morning with workers shouting.
