The front desk team was really on point – the guys who handled our check‑in and check‑out were friendly and efficient. The only thing that left a sour taste was the cost of the pictures you can get in the paparazzo studio; they were way overpriced for what they are.

Everything from the service to the rooms and the spot on the map was spot‑on, and the staff made it feel even better – all of them were attentive, helpful and got things done quickly. A special shout‑out to Souza, who made everything run smoothly and added a pleasant touch. I really can’t think of anything negative to point out.

My stay was practically flawless – every little detail seemed thought out, and both Souza and Stephanie from Guest Relations went above and beyond with their service. I’ll definitely be back. The only minor annoyance was the lack of a doorbell for room service; you can’t hear anyone knocking from the hallway.
