Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding

The place is probably the worst in Varanasi; it’s cramped in a busy area with no parking or walkable option, and the noise is extreme because it isn’t even sound‑proofed. I was still charged the full rate even though I wanted to cancel one of the two nights I’d booked. The experience was a nightmare, and the photos on the booking sites don’t match the actual room at all—totally not worth the price.
