The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the accessible room’s shower featured a sturdy fold‑out bench with everything within easy reach. It was very close to Hershey Park, which was perfect for my visit. I booked the accessibility room because I have a fainting disorder and prefer a safer shower. The shower itself was excellent, but the toilet was a bit tall—my toes barely touched the floor at 5’7”, so if you need to transfer from a chair or are shorter, you might find it hard to sit on the toilet. The rest of the room was very accessible.

The rooms had been updated, and aside from a few minor issues with payment methods that weren’t accepted, there were no other complaints.

The place was family‑friendly and cheap, with owners who were very nice and clearly working hard to renovate after buying it; for a budget motel it was great, though the bathrooms were small, which was fine given the price and traveling with my family.
