The price is good, and the location is quite close to the centre. The owner didn't tell us that we need to send our ID photos and pay the tax money beforehand, we found that about it when we were standing in front of the flat door, and we had to organise everything on the spot, even though we had booked this place at least one week before. The apartment itself left a lot to be desired, we couldn't use the kitchen as it was just for the owner and the bathroom was filthy and not cleaned daily, everything in the flat looked like it was about to fall apart. Other than that, the street was really loud

The location is decent but heavily trafficked, with loud noise at any hour and old windows. The shared small bathroom is poorly maintained, the shower door is broken and the shower head clogged. Both interior and exterior windows are very old, letting in all kinds of noise. The mattress and pillows are old and low quality, and there’s a lot of dust.

The location is really great and the staff who welcomed me were very kind and helpful. The kitchen was not in great condition and some other guests were not very clean.

The place is well located and reasonably priced. There are too many stair ramps and no cleaning tools are provided.
