They don’t deliver what they advertise on the app; when you arrive at the hotel the requirements or offers differ completely, and they made me waste the trip there so nothing was fixed.

It’s close to the coastal belt, and when I left my keys they cleaned well and the bed was comfortable with air conditioning, a scale, and a TV. In my room I found small cockroaches in some crumbs, and in the hallway a half‑dead large cockroach; only a few small soaps were available and no shampoo, the shower was ugly and not comfortable for bathing. At first I asked if I had to leave the keys, they said it wasn’t necessary, but if I didn’t leave the keys they wouldn’t clean.
