Breakfast had tasty coffee and waffles, and the hotel’s location was spot‑on, but most of the other items were terrible—what they called sausage didn’t even look real and was cold. The shower’s water pressure was weak and the towels felt thin.

The hotel was pleasant with great value, friendly service, a nice pool when it’s warm, and the rooms are spacious—perfect!

The breakfast staff, especially Iris, showed me how to whip up waffles 🧇 and made me feel like part of a family; the housekeeping was at least diligent. However, my card had to be reset three times, the cable was useless, the pool was a joke, the sheets were stained, the refrigerator and cabinet wouldn’t close, the TV was dim, and the rug felt off, so I avoided walking barefoot on it.

The owners really tried to make guests happy, offering a free cappuccino/espresso machine in the lobby with chairs and magazines, coin‑operated laundry on every floor, and snacks for purchase. Because the place is being renovated, the carpets were a bit old and dirty, and the mattress in our room caused back pain after the first night, but they fixed it by moving us to another room when we asked. It seemed like the mattress needed replacing.
