This stay was the highlight of our Thailand trip! The location was superb and the views are unrivaled, so I could spend all day staring at them from the infinity pool. It’s a perfect spot for exploring Freedom Beach and Shark Bay, and the shuttle ran every 30 minutes, which was very handy. The room was huge and comfortably fit our family of 5; we loved the big balcony and outdoor spa. We stayed one night in a family room, then upgraded to a sea‑view room. The staff were all lovely and arranged a private boat tour for us, which was fantastic! The hotel felt a bit dated, and the showers could be better, but that won’t stop me from booking again.

The view from the pool was fantastic, there were free transfers to the beach and the center, the staff were helpful, and each room came with an extra beach bag and flip‑flops. The steep approach to the hotel was a bit of a hassle (but nothing you can do about the view :)), and the bathroom was poorly sound‑proofed.

“Pas terrible”

The pool view was nice and there was a free shuttle to the beaches, but the air conditioning didn’t work well, there was a damp smell in the room and bathroom, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom was small and the breakfast wasn’t exceptional.

The room itself was huge and comfortable, the pool and views were gorgeous, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the steep hill that requires a taxi or motorbike to reach the hotel, but it’s worth it :)

“Best place we stayed in Koh Tao”

The entire front desk crew was fantastic—thanks Koko and Veevy! The complimentary transfers from the hotel were really useful. The hotel itself looked great, especially since it was newly built. I did notice some construction in the building, though it didn’t bother us; I’d advise against assigning neighboring rooms to guests who aren’t traveling together when plenty of rooms are available. We also spotted a few leaks and areas that could use improvement, as the place feels a bit worn right now.
