It’s fairly well‑located. The cleanliness is debatable, and the owner is profit‑focused.

The place is close to the Khao Sok lake dock, and we spent a night there. The location is convenient and the accommodation is well equipped. The night can be a bit noisy because of wildlife and birds around; it feels like they are in the room with you. Also, a spare sheet for the night would have been nice. It’s not a major flaw, but the hotel sits in the middle of nowhere, so if you arrive in the evening, plan what to eat if you don’t want the instant noodles that are provided in the room.

A very nice and comfortable place to stay. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. Everything was convenient, and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly and helpful
