“property is very basic in terms of comfort, the staff was extremely nice and the location on the”
This was my first time staying in an eco property, and I didn’t expect there would be no hot water for showers, only one hand towel for our four‑day stay, and that electricity comes from solar panels so there’s no TV. The bed pillows were not very comfortable and the sheets were average. The property sits right on the Pacific Ocean, so the ocean view and waves were fantastic. There are very basic chaise loungers to relax on. The included breakfast was average. There are no other places to eat lunch or dinner, so eating at Tortuga Bay is the only option. The lunches and dinners at 45,000 COP are average, nothing to rave about. Camilo the manager and his staff were very nice and friendly. The lunches and dinners were average; we were often served tuna in different ways with rice and potatoes, no vegetables, and never ice cream or a sweet after a meal. Since there are no other dining options, I felt the staff could have offered more variety in the food served.
