The place is fine and the rooms are spacious, but the staff are very bossy and they try to rip off money from you. They want to charge you for the pillow covers, and for any tiny stain—even almost invisible—they’ll bill you 200 for the sheet and 200 for the towel. I ended up paying $600 for the towel and sheet, which is just their scam.

Cleanliness is great, but the pillows are uncomfortable and the plastic makes a lot of noise.

Absolutely nothing good! I’m Brazilian, I was in Guadalajara, and there were no hotels available because of the World Cup, so I found this motel on an app. When I got to the reception, a drunk guy was there. The hotel has no Wi‑Fi, thank God I had internet! In the room I found filthy sheets, dirty pillowcases, hair everywhere… I couldn’t sleep, the mattress was hard, the pillowcases were dirty and hard, and there were people walking around the whole night. At 1 a.m. a staff member tried to open my door; I thought it was a robbery, but she apologized and said she didn’t know the room was occupied. I couldn’t sleep, felt unsafe, and left at 7 a.m. I will never stay here again!

La pantalla y el clima y la ducha. Personal super déspota y para variar me estaban pidiendo q desocupara la habitación alas 6.30 d la mañana según xq ya se había vencido el tiempo y les explique q había reservado x medio d bookin y ya me dejaron y como alas 8 am otra ves me marcaron d recepción diciendo lo mismo q me habitación había vencido en fin
