The stay was a big disappointment and not worth it; the internet and TV were both non‑functional, there was no restaurant so I had to order dinner from a DHABA, and there was no heating so I had to ask for a room heater. The staff, especially Mr Rahul Nikam, were very courteous.

The rooms were okay, not too bad, and the cleanliness was acceptable; the building looked nice from the outside. However, the hotel seemed to be mainly a wedding venue, with no on‑site restaurant or decent nearby restaurants. They didn't accept card payments, so I had to go into town to withdraw cash. The bed linen and pillow cases weren't clean, but the staff quickly swapped them for new ones. My room also lacked a table and a chair.
