Hampton Inn and Suites Springdale

Great check in experience, Gaia checked me and was so nice and sweet. We stayed in the suite room. It was very nice,clean and roomy. Having two tv's in the room was great with kids that don't always like watching the somethings. The kitchen area of the Suite has a table for two,small fridge,microwave and small sink. We enjoyed the pool thru out our 3 night stay. It was clean, never crowded and plenty of chair,tables and tanning chairs. The breakfast was great as well. Plenty of food choices like different types of eggs,sausage and potatoes depending on the day the choice of them changed. They had Oatmeal,Waffles,toast and A variety of pastries. Coffee and Different types of juice to drink. The food was always replemished fast as well.If anything ran low. All around A great stay. The only con I had was the walls are pretty thin, So there were a Few instance that we heard like stomping , or talking till sometimes midnight

I wanted to clarify that I had called initially because I thought someone had taken my tramadol from room 224, but it had actually spilled into my luggage and I hadn’t noticed; I’m sorry for the confusion. All staff were fantastic, but the traffic side was noisy.

“Family time”

The front desk staff, Holly and Tristen, were excellent; however, a couple of people in the side parking lot seemed to be living in their cars, which made me nervous.

The bed was incredibly comfortable—I’m now searching for the same mattress for my home. The TV even had my name on it when I entered the room, which was a very nice touch.
