“I would invest in sound proofing between the rooms. And give us a refund for two nights of torture.”

The rooms were spotless and the maintenance was on point, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. But the walls were so thin that voices from the next room could be heard clearly, and a group of people who didn’t have a room kept shouting all night, ruining the quiet for anyone who actually paid for a bed. I waited until 3:30 am and then had to pound on the wall to get those insomniacs to stop talking so close to my pillow.

Checking in was smooth and the staff were helpful, and the hotel’s location was perfect for where I wanted to be. I have no complaints about my stay or the property.

“Very convenient to Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry”

I’ve stayed here several times before, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the motel had been significantly renovated. It still has the old layout with no corridors and rooms opening directly onto the parking spaces, but the furniture is newer and the bathrooms look more contemporary. The card entry system kept glitching on a few occasions, and while there was a breakfast buffet as promised, it was very scanty, offering only fruit, bread, and cereal.

There’s a great walking and bike path that starts right from the premises. The room didn’t have a coffee maker, though it did include a microwave, fridge, and there was coffee available in the office.
