Location was spot on—close to shops and easy to get around. But the heated pool was a let‑down; it never turned on. I asked the front desk and she said everything was fine, but it wasn't, and nobody fixed it. My kids were disappointed because the ad promised a working heated pool.

The staff really stood out—Andreza and Maria Eduarda were super helpful, even extended breakfast for us after a race. The place feels calm, showers are good, food is solid. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi; it kept lagging during the Copa games and 5G isn't available.

Nice garden, but no meals beyond breakfast. The phone number on the website didn't pick up on arrival, and the hotel only texted us at night to say there were no food options, so we missed the heads‑up.
