Amalz Balcony Suites at Mgm Signature !

Everything was fine. Right in the middle of Las Vegas.

The MGM staff were great, but Amalz is a separate company that rents private suites in the hotel. The Amalz customer service rep was hard to work with, especially since they didn’t have a rep on site. We arrived in our 2‑bedroom suite, and the larger room had no power… that alone caused a lot of trouble for the rest of our trip. The MGM staff (not Amalz) did their best to help by moving us to another floor, but that split our group for the rest of the stay. I’ve never been in a hotel room with no power and it felt like a major oversight. I want to emphasize that the MGM staff were great, but I will never book with Amalz Balcony Suites again.

“Do NOT book with Amalz. They won’t accommodate for their mistakes.”

1. booked for 9 ppl and was assigned 3 rooms, 2 in tower 1 and 1 room in tower 3. We stated it’s only one reservation why would you separate us so far apart. Concierge also agreed and ask to get rooms closer. No luck they just hung up on us. 2. Messy room: balcony floor and glass, dirty, my toddler found a cig. Stained furniture and bedding. 3. Pull out sofa was broken. Got on it with my baby and it snapped in half. 4. Reached out via text for new bedding and bed, got no response till next day 3pm. They couldn’t accommodate and gave me a piece of toast to sleep on. Overall very bad experience, they just want your money !! I have more pics but limited on number of uploads. Booking reached out to Almaz and still no accommodation

The location was fine, but the staff and the room’s facilities were broken.

“Loved it”

We stayed in a suite on the 25th floor to watch the New Year’s fireworks—absolutely amazing from the comfort of our room—and the spa tub was fantastic. The only downside was the lack of Netflix.
