It’s a business‑style budget hotel in a suburban area of Phnom Penh; the facilities feel a bit dated, breakfast is ordinary, and it’s a bit out of town, away from the tourist area and riverside.

The bathrooms and bedrooms were quite good, cleanliness was fine, and although the pool prices were high, it’s worth the climb to swim; breakfast was ordinary, and the staff were friendly and attentive. On the first night we found three cockroaches in the room, requested a change and found more in the new room, but the third room on a higher floor was fine; we later realized they had a real cockroach problem as fumigation was scheduled the next day, yet the staff handled the situation without complaint.

Breakfast was very varied and plentiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and the pool looked nice, yet the hotel feels too far from the city center and all attractions require a ride.
