The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious—great local dishes at reasonable prices. The breakfast offered high‑quality regional products, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to make the chill‑out area feel cozier, since at night it’s lit by the bright white light of a fridge.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. To get to the village you have to take a winding road, and the dinner doesn’t seem like good value for money.

Comfort, location, breakfast, and staff friendliness were all top. We were there for the eclipse and were amazed to learn that the City Hall had provided free transport from the hotel to the hermitage, where we could experience that magical moment. The mayor, the City Hall staff, and the hotel staff were all very kind and attentive. That generous gesture made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. We had a wonderful time.

Great location and excellent breakfast. Odette and her family were first‑class hosts. We enjoyed the eclipse from a nearby viewpoint with flawless organization from the City Hall of La Serratella.

A newly built hotel in a very old mountain town. The hotel leans against an old church tower and is idly hidden in the middle of the village. The exterior view is already very inviting, but once you enter the hotel you’re surprised by the beautiful, modern furnishings. Everything is like new and of high quality. At the same time, everything is very cohesive and well set up. You feel the owners’ care for the house and guests everywhere. We haven’t felt so cared for and welcomed in a long time as we did in this hotel and with its people. Breakfast was a good start to the day, and the offered dinner was a wonderful 3‑course menu at a very pleasant price. Thank you for the lovely time.
