The staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially the guy who works there, a very caring person who pays attention to every detail. Cleanliness was impeccable and having breakfast in the room every day was truly wonderful, with extraordinary punctuality. My room, called deluxe in the true sense of the word, made me experience Aquila differently. The shower with LED lights and various water jets was miraculous after a workday. I also loved the decor; it made me feel at home. 10 and full praise, I highly recommend it and I’m thrilled to have stayed in this truly charming B&B in the heart of Aquila! ♥️

The central spot is a plus, and the staff were genuinely kind, professional, and helpful. However, given the high daily rate, expectations were let down. The room turned out much smaller than expected, and there was no bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was delivered straight to the room because there was no suitable common area, which was very uncomfortable in such a tight space. Cleaning was also far from perfect, especially in the hidden corners of the room.
The young manager from Bangladesh handled the welcome and prepared breakfast in an excellent way, with punctuality and discretion—a model for all hotel managers. The location is perfect, central, near the bus stop and surrounded by characterful places, yet still private. The spaces are large and comfortable. No negatives.

The location is great, close to Corso Centrale and the upscale spots. We were told to follow the polite phone instructions but nobody was there to greet us, and we only ran into the service boy in the hall when checking out. The bathroom in our room had an awkward curtain that separated the toilet from the bedroom, which was inconvenient.
